1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By creating a KORVAS account, downloading or using KORVAS VAULT, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to follow them.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create an account or use the KORVAS beta software.

2. KORVAS BETA SOFTWARE

KORVAS VAULT is currently supplied as beta software for testing, feedback and development.

During the beta period, KORVAS may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features or other unexpected behaviour.

KORVAS may release updated builds and may change, replace, suspend or remove features during development.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Some KORVAS services, including beta downloads, require a registered user account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your account login details secure.

You should not knowingly share your KORVAS account password with another person.

4. MASTER PASSWORD AND VAULT DATA

KORVAS VAULT is designed so that your vault master password is controlled by you.

KORVAS does not provide a password-recovery mechanism for a lost vault master password. If you lose your vault master password, access to the encrypted vault may not be recoverable.

You are responsible for keeping your master password safe and for maintaining appropriate backups of important information.

5. LOCAL VAULT STORAGE

KORVAS VAULT currently provides local encrypted vault storage. Vault files may be stored, copied or moved by the user.

You are responsible for deciding where your vault files are stored and for maintaining appropriate backups.

KORVAS does not currently provide a guarantee that data can be recovered from a damaged, deleted or otherwise inaccessible vault file.

6. BETA DOWNLOADS

Beta software downloads may be restricted to registered and verified KORVAS beta testers.

Beta builds are supplied for testing and evaluation and may be replaced by newer builds during development.

You must not intentionally attempt to bypass account, download or access controls.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use KORVAS services or infrastructure to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to KORVAS systems or another user's account.
• Interfere with or intentionally disrupt KORVAS services.
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Upload or distribute malicious software through KORVAS services.
• Use KORVAS infrastructure for unlawful activity.

8. FEEDBACK

KORVAS beta testers may provide feedback, bug reports and suggestions.

By submitting feedback, you allow KORVAS to use that feedback for development, testing, troubleshooting and improvement of the KORVAS software and services.

Feedback should not contain passwords, encryption keys or other sensitive information.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

KORVAS software, branding, website content, logos, graphics and associated materials are owned by KORVAS or used with appropriate rights.

Your use of the beta software does not transfer ownership of the KORVAS software or branding to you.

10. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

KORVAS may change, suspend or discontinue beta services, downloads or individual features at any time during development.

Reasonable efforts may be made to keep services available, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed during the beta period.

11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

KORVAS may suspend or terminate an account where there is a breach of these Terms of Use, misuse of KORVAS services, attempted unauthorised access, or other activity that may threaten the security or operation of the service.

Account termination does not automatically decrypt, delete or otherwise alter locally stored vault files.

12. BETA SOFTWARE DISCLAIMER

KORVAS VAULT is beta software and is provided for testing and evaluation.

While reasonable care is taken during development, beta software may contain defects or unexpected behaviour. You should keep appropriate backups of important data.

13. FUTURE FEATURES

KORVAS may introduce additional features in the future, including premium services, licensing, device management, encrypted cloud backup, synchronisation, browser integration and other functionality.

Future features may be subject to additional terms, licence conditions or separate agreements when introduced.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms of Use may be updated as KORVAS develops and new services are introduced.

Where appropriate, users may be asked to accept updated terms before continuing to use relevant services.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
